1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MagicInfo Cloud Center (micloud.center), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

MagicInfo Cloud Center provides cloud-based digital signage management services, including hosting Samsung MagicINFO server environments, license management, and related support services.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep this information up to date.

4. Licenses and Subscriptions

Licenses are provided on a subscription basis. Trial licenses are limited to one per account. Paid licenses are non-refundable once activated. License renewals must be completed before expiration to maintain service continuity.

5. Payments and Billing

All payments are processed securely through PayPal or bank transfer. Prices are listed in EUR, USD, or CHF and are subject to change. Invoices are provided for all transactions.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use our services for any illegal purposes, to distribute harmful content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

MagicInfo Cloud Center shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

How to create a project/license?

Go to Dashboard > Licenses > Purchase New License, name your project, select a plan, and complete payment.

How to add devices to my license?

Follow these steps: 1) Set network settings on your display and ensure internet connection, note the IP address. 2) Configure server settings with your server URL and port. 3) Add the display IP to your project in the cabinet. 4) Check the display on MagicInfo server in connected devices list. Contact support if facing issues.

How to extend/renew my license?

Click "Extend" on your license in the Dashboard to add months or upgrade your plan at any time.
