If you run MagicInfo on a server of your own, you can move it to a hosted one and keep the interface and workflow you know. We run the MagicInfo Premium, Lite and RM server; your screens connect to 7007.me. This page explains why people move and how the move works.
Why move to hosted MagicInfo
- Hosting: no Windows server, database or public address to look after. We run the server.
- Updates: we handle MagicInfo server updates and security patching for the server.
- TLS: we request, install and renew the certificate. Your screens connect securely on port 443, and there is nothing to open for inbound traffic.
- Monitoring: the service is watched around the clock by automated checks.
- License: the MagicInfo license is included in the per-display price. See pricing.

How the move works
- Create an account and start the free trial: 30 days, up to 5 screens, all Premium features, no credit card needed. The 30 days start when your first screen connects.
- Add the display in your console with the "Add display" button on your license page. Enter its serial number or MAC address (on the screen: Menu > Support > Contact Samsung > Product Information).
- Point the screen at our server. On the display, open Menu > Network > Server Network Settings > Connect to Server. Enter
7007.me, set TLS to "Use" (on older models this setting is called SSL) and Port to 443. Type only7007.me, without https://. After you save, the screen shows it as https://7007.me by itself; that is correct. Tip: type 7007 with the number keys on the remote; you only need the on-screen keyboard for “.me”. Details: How to connect a display. A new screen is approved automatically, usually within a minute or two. A screen that was registered to another account first gets a short check by our team. - Bring your content and schedules. Upload them yourself; see content and schedules basics. If you would like help with this part, say so in your message to us (see below).
- Pick a plan per display: Lite $13.49/mo, Premium $29.99/mo, or RM $4.95/mo.
- Repeat for the other screens, then retire the old server.
