Most login problems come from mixing up two separate accounts.
| MiCloud console | MagicInfo web interface | |
|---|---|---|
| What it is for | Buy licenses, add displays, see invoices | Upload content, build playlists and schedules, manage screens |
| Where | micloud.center, "Sign in" | The MagicInfo address shown on your license page |
| Login name | Your e-mail address | Your MagicInfo user ID (not always an e-mail address) |
| Created | When you register | When your license is set up |
A password for one does not work for the other.
Which one are you trying to open?
- "I can't buy or add a display" means the MiCloud console.
- "I can't upload or schedule" means the MagicInfo web interface.
MiCloud console
Use the e-mail address you registered with. Capital letters do not matter, but check the spelling.
Passwords must be 10 to 128 characters.
Forgot your console password? On the sign-in page, click Forgot your password?, enter your e-mail address, and we send you a link that works once. Open it soon and choose a new password. No mail after a few minutes? Check spam, then write to support@micloud.center from the e-mail address on the account.
MagicInfo web interface: reset with a one-time code
- On the MagicInfo login page, choose the password reset option.
- Enter your user ID, your name and your e-mail address. All three must match what is on the account.
- We send you an e-mail with a one-time code. It is not a link.
- Copy the code and paste it into the "Authentication Code" field. The code is a long string of letters, digits and symbols (about 60 characters), so paste it, do not type it.
- Set a new password.
Notes:
- The reset asks for your user ID, not your e-mail address. Entering your e-mail address as the ID gives a "not found" error.
- The e-mail subject may say "password reset link". It contains a code, not a link.
- If the e-mail does not arrive, check spam and junk. Mail comes from
no-reply@magicinfo.pro; add it to your safe senders. - Password rules: avoid repeating the same character three times in a row and avoid runs like
123. A password that breaks these rules can be rejected without a clear message.
Locked out
MagicInfo locks an account after too many wrong passwords. If you cannot log in even with the right password:
- Wait a little and try once.
- If it still fails, write to support@micloud.center with your user ID and organization name. Do not keep retrying.
- We can unlock the account and, if needed, set a temporary password.
Security tips
- Never send your password by e-mail. Support never needs it.
- Use a different password for each of the two accounts.
- Give each person their own MagicInfo user rather than sharing one login.
